A part of the French Homestead Farm built in 1910 and situated on the westerly shore of Hayden Lake, now named Wessernsett Lake, in Madison Maine.

 

Original 3 parcels owned by William E. and Myra H. French conveyed by Charles Glasser to Roy T. Shaughnessy and Beverly D. Shaugnessy on May 9, 1960.

 

The Shaughnessys bought the 4th parcel from William Philbrick on June 25, 1976.

 

All four parcels, totalling 1.9 acres, were purchased by Laura G. and Charles S. Benson on April 16, 2022.
